I just wanted to reach out and say thank you. I recently set out to take on my first triathlon in about 15 years, and your podcast about mental fatigue came in handy as I crossed the finish line. I set an ambition goal of finishing my Olympic distance tri in 2:20. I crossed the line in 2:07, but for a short moment I was actually bummed because I missed 3rd place in my age group by 7 seconds. Even though I beat my target time by a big amount. I quickly remembered your podcast about mental fatigue and taking time to appreciate the goals you’ve set out for instead of moving your goals or immediately focusing on the next thing.. I changed my outlook, and enjoyed what I had accomplished. In the past I would have really let it get to me that I didn’t get 3rd place, but your podcast really let me focus on the goal that I had accomplished, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the knowledge you’ve past on to me.

Coach Robb’s Swimming Fundamentals Workshop was awesome!! It was the only formal swim instruction I’ve received in my 32 years. After not being able to swim freestyle at all, I finished my first Ironman swim in 1:23…one hundred percent due to THIS workshop. Thank you Coach Robb!

Before I started working with Coach Robb my running was an issue. I couldn’t seem to get faster and it was always painful. It was very frustrating which made me start to lose interest in training. Well he showed me I was training all wrong. Working with him has been amazing! Not only has it improved my speed but has made it fun again. If you follow his program and put the effect into it, you will get awesome results. He always says “Train smarter not harder”. Thanks coach Robb, you are my coach for life.

Upon graduating from college, I moved from the Olympic distrance triathlon to 70.3’s…the move was amazing as I won my first half with a time of 4:36. I wanted to thank you for the your calls, having my data analyzed, and answering my questions. By using techniques you talk frequently about such as foam rolling, stretching, and recognizing then the body is fatigued, I have been injury free and healthy for the last 4 years.

I sweat a lot and your Energy Fuel keeps me hydrated and prevents a dehydration migraine!! It also replenishes potassium so I don’t have leg cramps! I love the stuff! I’ve given it to our High School football team and one of the bags in this order will go to the lady that helps us in the office. I have a Doctor of Chiropractic degree which means I had four years of various nutrition classes. Following Coach Robb’s Facebook page for the past year has made me realize that Robb is VERY well informed when it comes to training and nutrition. I truly think he should be “Dr. Robb”! Not to mention that I raced BMX bikes against him when we were 16 and 17 years old and I never was able to beat him!!!

I listened to your podcast, Fighting Disease Through Food. Let me just say, I was instantly obsessed with your podcast.
